Simona is truly one of the best French teachers I've ever had! I’ve been learning with her for two years now, and for the past year and a half, my colleague and I have been taking joint lessons through our employer. Simona does a fantastic job tailoring each class to our specific needs. Lately, we've been focusing on "professional, work French," which has proven invaluable in my day-to-day work and life in France. Her lessons are engaging, well-structured, and full of practical knowledge, while also remaining fun and interactive. I have been having lessons with Simona for almost three years. She creates an environment which is fun and a safe place to make mistakes. My speaking and listening were very weak when I first started with her but she tailored the lessons to improve these aspects. Simona is the best French teacher I’ve had so far! She explains complicated grammar in a simple way, and her lessons are very engaging. I’ve been taking classes with Simona for a few years now, and my French has improved tremendously. I’ve already recommended her to all of my friends wishing to learn French, and will encourage anyone reading this to sign up! Simona is professional, smart, and patient. Simona is the best! I have been taking one on one French classes with her and helped me go from not understanding any French to speaking with strangers. She has attention to detail and makes every class very personalized. You can tell by the exercises and homework that she puts very close attention to each student and has creative ways to help you get to your goal. I’m very impressed with the work she does because most of the material is made by herself based on her students needs. Her conversational approach has helped me understand and made French “mine”. I had learned not just the “book french” but has helped me to understand the culture better and therefore the language. Simona has an amazing personality that makes you feel comfortable since day one and will help you make the process of learning interesting and easy. I have been taking 1:1 French lessons with my Simona for a while, and I am thoroughly impressed with her teaching style and dedication. Our classes usually begin with a conversation, where she encourages me to speak and learn new vocabulary, which has greatly helped me gain confidence in my French. She is excellent at identifying areas for improvement and gently correcting my mistakes, making it easy to grow without feeling discouraged. In the second part of the lesson, she focuses on grammar and vocabulary, tailoring the material to address the areas I need to improve. Her teaching resources are fantastic, many of which she creates herself, showing her commitment to providing high-quality, personalized lessons. As a former English teacher, I truly appreciate the effort she puts into making each lesson both engaging and effective. Additionally, she assigns relevant homework to reinforce what we learn during the lesson, which helps me retain the new material and incorporate it into my speaking. Overall, she is a dedicated and skilled teacher, and I feel I am making great progress with her guidance. I've had multiple French teachers prior to starting with Simona and never seemed to find the right person. I've been with her for a year now and it's become a highlight of the week! I started taking private lessons with Simona a few months ago and she really helped me improve a lot. I’ve become much more confident in my speaking and use of French grammar. In every class, we practice speaking about everyday subjects while also doing grammar exercises and revisions of topics I’ve been struggling with. I have been taking both individual and group classes with Simona and highly recommend both formats! I had been learning French for quite a few years, but still severely lacked confidence, particularly in speaking.  Simona's approach, that is very conversational, has helped me immensely.  I feel like I'm progressing quickly, gaining confidence, and daring more and more to actually speak out in the real world.  And the best of all is that during class it never feels forced. Simona has such a curious mind, and she comes up with great questions to ask about whatever topic is relevant to the student, and it just ends up feeling like an engaging chat where you happen to then also learn a new French verb tense! Beyond that, Simona is well structured, prepared, and punctual at every class, and generally just very nice and helpful!
